- Acceptance of Terms

- Description of Services
Business Owners can create listings containing company names, logos, descriptions, links, contact details, and images.
Users may browse and interact with listings.
The platform may include integrated communication tools (e.g., contact forms), but does not monitor or facilitate transactions.
Content responsibility remains solely with the Business Owner.
We may create listings from publicly available data and display advertising.
- Account Registration and Security
You may register for an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Unauthorized account use is prohibited and must be reported immediately.
Account termination may result in data loss, and re-registration requires permission.
- Business Owner Responsibilities
Submit only lawful, accurate, and up-to-date content.

Ensure compliance with EU and national legal disclosure obligations.
Possess and maintain any required licenses; the platform does not verify them.
- Platform Availability and Compatibility

- Content and Intellectual Property
We do not edit or validate listing content.
Users retain rights to their submitted content but grant the platform a license to use it for platform operation and promotion.
Do not submit unsolicited intellectual property without a prior written agreement.
All platform content is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Communication and Privacy
With the Platform: Consent-based email communication (e.g., newsletters) and system notifications are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Between Users and Business Owners: We act as a neutral host and do not moderate these messages. Messages may be stored temporarily but are not guaranteed to be retrievable.
- Advertising and Revenue Model
Ads may appear on the platform via third-party providers.
Ads are unrelated to listings and do not generate revenue for Business Owners.
No commission is taken from Business Owner transactions.
- Moderation and User-Generated Content
We reserve the right to remove or reject content that violates our policies.
Use of open communication tools must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
- Prohibited Use
Do not engage in activities that damage, impair, or interfere with the platform.
Malicious software, spam, and unauthorized data harvesting are strictly prohibited.
Use the platform only for lawful, intended purposes.

We are not responsible for external content linked from the platform.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be settled in the courts of Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
